Shipping Policy
Once you have placed an order with Nutrition for your Condition you will be notified via email to confirm the order and will be provided a delivery date. We make every effort possible to ensure that the delivery of your order is accurate and prompt. We also invite order status inquiries at nutritionforyourcondition@live.com. In an effort to reduce paper waste, you will receive an emailed electronic copy of your receipt with your shipping status.
Replacement Part Policy
All Proctor Silex appliances are covered by a one year manufacturers' warranty with reciept of purchase. In the event of defective product please return to Nutrition for your Condition for replacement appliance. Please note that the rice cooker has an automatic shut off safety feature, this is not a defect. It is a safety feature. For all other product components individual replacement/substitute parts are available for order by email at nutritionforyourcondition@live.com. To ensure accurate and timely delivery we ask that you include the product name and description of the part you are requesting.
Guarantee Policy
Nutrition for your Condition is committed to providing quality products free of defects. Our return policy permits you to return product within fourteen days from the date received providing that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Please note that shipping costs associated with returning goods is the sole responsibility of the customer's.
