*Cut bacon into one inch pieces and place in cooking pot
*Season chicken with seasoning salt, garlic and oil
*Place on pre-heated grill
*Wash romaine lettuce with cold water, stand to drain water and pat dry if required
*Chop lettuce to desired size
*When chicken is cooked through place on foil, cut into strips and place back on unplugged grill, close lid to keep warm
*When bacon is crisp chop and add to lettuce
*Toss with dressing and if desired croutons and parmasen cheese
*Top with the chicken breast
