Chicken Caesar Salad


Ingredients
1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
5-6 romaine heart leaves
1 bacon strip
Caesar salad dressing of choice
Canola oil
Seasoning salt
One clove garlic, chopped finely
Parmesan cheese (optional)


*Cut bacon into one inch pieces and place in cooking pot 
*Season chicken with seasoning salt, garlic and oil
*Place on pre-heated grill
*Wash romaine lettuce with cold water, stand to drain water and pat dry if required
*Chop lettuce to desired size
*When chicken is cooked through place on foil, cut into strips and place back on unplugged grill, close lid to keep warm
*When bacon is crisp chop and add to lettuce
*Toss with dressing and if desired croutons and parmasen cheese
*Top with the chicken breast


Beef Tacos


Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
Tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Soft tortilla shells
Sour cream and Salsa


*In cooking pot brown beef
*Chop tomatoes and lettuce
*Once beef is browned, drain and add taco seasoning with 1 cup of water, continue to cook for a few minutes with lid off 

Hepful hint: the cooker with hold 2lbs of beef if cooking for a family


Cheese and Bacon Quesadillas


Ingredients
Soft tortilla shells
2 bacon strips
1 tomato
1 green onion
Shredded Cheese
Canola oil
Sour cream and salsa


*Cook bacon in the cooking pot
*Plug in the grill to preheat
*Chop tomato and green onion
*Fold tortilla shell in half and fill with tomato, green onion, cheese and chopped bacon
*Add thin layer of oil to each side of the shell
*Place on grill, close lid (about 5 minutes)
*Serve with your favourite salad or veggies & dip
